Plastic slats strung on 6 mm diameter steel cables connected to the frame using aluminum connectors compressed on a hydraulic press of 130-150 T. Steel beams (galvanized + powder-coated) or hardwood with dimensions of 900x75x75 mm, impregnated and protected with varnish.

Safety and durability

Plastic lamellae made by injection molding from plastic (ABS/modified polypropylene) with dimensions of 100x20x26 mm. Mounted on cross beams using 5/6 mm ropes (clamped sleeve on a press + M10 pin). The reinforced suspension rope type Herkules - in accordance with the standard PN-EN 1176 from 2009. Connectors have a certificate from the Playground Control Center. Reinforced rope suspensions of 16 mm and standard chain of 6 mm DIN 766. Mountings to load-bearing posts - ball joints in the KOOL® system. Steel elements such as connectors, anchors, or screws are always galvanized or stainless. Load-bearing posts made of steel tubes (or stainless) 4" galvanized and powder-coated.

Certified product, compliant with the requirements of the standards: EN 1176-1: 2017-12, and TÜV.
