Bocianie Gniazdo Lux Seat - Model SBG - 120

Basic model of a playground seat. The bocianie gniazdo swing seat is designed for swinging children in a sitting position.

The seat's net is made of the highest quality (Corocord type) reinforced rope with high strength and UV resistance, braided Ø16 mm, 4-strand - the ends of the net - aluminum sleeves (A07) crimped onto the net ropes - along with a fixing pin Ø 8 mm (galvanized) - on a 150 T press.

Safety and durability

The core of the rim is made of 1" galvanized steel pipe, either electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized. The seat padding is made of soft, twisted PP Multifilament rope with a diameter of 20 mm, wrapped around a polypropylene foam base. The suspensions consist of reinforced ropes with a diameter of 16 mm, connected to a standard 6 mm DIN 777 chain, ending with a stainless steel shackle with an anti-jamming crossbar, mounted in sliding bearings - Polyamide/Teflon PA6-E. The ends of the net are in aluminum sleeves (Product code A07 ATZ/38/16 PHPU Piotrowicz).

Certified product, compliant with the requirements of standards: EN 1176-1: 2017-12, and TÜV.
