The seat net is made of the highest quality (Corocord type) reinforced braided rope, Ø16 mm, 4-strand. The ends of the net consist of aluminum sleeves (Product code A08 APZO/40/16) crimped onto the net ropes - together with a mounting pin Ø 8 mm (galvanized) - using a 150 T press.

The frame is made of galvanized steel pipe. The steel rim is covered with a safe shock-absorbing foam polypropylene sleeve and a soft braided polypropylene rope (Multifilament type) Ø20 mm with high strength and UV resistance.

Thickness (without suspensions) 120-140 mm (height 195 mm with mounting sleeve). Suspensions - mounted on sliding bearings made of Teflon/polyamide - made of reinforced rope Ø16 mm and stainless steel chain with a diameter of Ø 6 mm, standard DIN 766. Hardware (shackles, chains) - stainless steel.

The product meets the requirements of the PN-EN 1176 standard and TÜV.
