Bocce nest swing single - steel tube construction.

Basic model for playgrounds. The nest swing seat is designed for swinging children in a seated position.

The seat mesh is made of high-quality (Corocord type) reinforced ropes with high durability and UV resistance, braided Ø16 mm, 4-strand - the ends of the mesh - aluminum sleeves (A07) crimped onto the mesh ropes - together with the fastening pin Ø 8 mm (galvanized) - on a 150 T press.

Safety and durability

The core of the rim is made of 1" galvanized steel pipe, either electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized. The seat padding is made of soft, twisted PP Multifilament rope with a diameter of 20 mm wrapped around a base made of polyethylene foam. The suspension consists of reinforced ropes with a diameter of 16 mm, connected to a standard 6 mm DIN 777 chain, ending with a stainless steel shackle with an anti-jamming crossbar, mounted in sliding bearings - Polyamide/Teflon PA6-E. The ends of the net are in aluminum sleeves (Product code A07 ATZ/38/16 PHPU Piotrowicz).

Certified product, compliant with the requirements of standards: EN 1176-1: 2017-12, and TÜV.
